Is there anybody able to insert two rows for the text of the the report painter's columns?

Should be possbile.. Give it a try
Assume you are using Variable ZGJAHR (Fiscal Year) in Column...
Use text variable &$ZGJAHR in your row header (Medium or Long text) and see if the Column name is displayed there
