Demo on IT0102

Hi Experts,

I need to give Demo on IT0102 to users and The purpose of this demo is gain an in-depth knowledge of the functionality and reporting capabilities surrounding info-type 102 pertaining to grievances, disciplinary actions, and harassments. When the demo is completed the users should know everything there is to know about the use of this info-type the reporting capabilities attached to it. so please provide me if any documents and suggestions.
