Demo on IT0102

Hi Experts,

I need to give Demo on IT0102 to users and The purpose of this demo is gain an in-depth knowledge of the functionality and reporting capabilities surrounding info-type 102 pertaining to grievances, disciplinary actions, and harassments. When the demo is completed the users should know everything there is to know about the use of this info-type the reporting capabilities attached to it. so please provide me if any documents and suggestions.

Hi,

You can use Ad Hoc Query to show the report of each employee or you can filter it for your requirement.

First, you have to make infotype 0102 to be shown in infoset HR Personnel Administration.

Go to T-Code SQ02, select infoset : /SAPQUERY/HR_ADM Personnel Administration, click Change.

On the Change Infoset screen, Go to menu Edit -> Change Info-Type Selection.

Find infotype 0102, and check it.

Next, you open Ad Hoc Query to generate data you want

In SAP Easy Access Menu, Go to SAP menu -> Human Resources -> Personnel Management -> Administration -> Info System -> Ad Hoc Query

Select Infoset HR Personnel Administration.

Choose the Personnel Number and some Grievances Data you want, you can filter it by Personnel Number or by any Data you want.

The Grievance Process is triggered when an employee files a formal complaint against another employee or when a Supervisor, Manager, or the Human Resources department needs to document discipline for an employee. This process will also be utilized to document any necessary Grievance Resolution.

The Grievance Process has two steps: A grievance is filed against an employee and documented, and the discipline resulting from the filed Grievance is documented.

Use Transaction Code PA30, Go to infotype 102 (Grievances) and press Create button.

Select the subtype of grievance - (1 Greivance, 2 Discipline, 3 Harassment)

Select reason for grievance, supervisor name, grievance status etc.

Personel Management > Personnel Administration > Contractual and Corperate

Agreements > Grievences US

or tables V_T591A, V_T505O and V_T505K
