locked user at VL02N

Hello All.

User states.

"Always the user who is trying to do a RTV gets locked out after confirming the TO and going back to VL02N to post goods issue SAP always locks out the user, sometimes for a very long time".

For me it's clear thta another or same uer is locking the Outbound delivery.

Could be this causing by a low response SAP inside or error message is totally clear?

Check Define checking Groups OVZ2

SPRO > Sales and Distribution > Basic Functions > Availability Check and Transfer Requirements > Availability Check > Availability Check with ATP Logic or Against Planning > Define Checking Group

Check your Block qty requirement. This is to allow several users to process same material simultaneously. Otherwise the problem si your connection.
