Order-to-Cash Performance - Overview shows no data in Fiori S/4HANA 1610

Hi Experts,

We have configured Fiori for S/4HANA 1610 as a central hub deployment. We have activated the required SICF node and OData services for the app Order-to-Cash Performance - Overview and assigned the business role SAP_BR_SALES_PROCESS_MANAGER to the test user in the front end system.

But when we login using the test user we see that there is no data shown on any of the cards that are available on the overview page that opens on clicking the Order-to-Cash Performance tile from the launchpad, as shown in the attached image, in spite of the relevant data being present in the S/4 back-end system.

Can anyone let us know what else has to be done so that the overview page shows the data present in the back end system?

    This issue is solved. We had to assign authorization objects POC_AUTH and /UIF/LREP to our user in the back-end and front-end systems respectively.

    • In my case it was due to missing authorizations on the front-end and back-end systems. To rule this out you can try to assign the SAP_ALL authorization to your test user and check if the app works. If t still does not work then there could be some other issue(s).
