VF05N (billing docs report) does not match with MCTA report (Customer Analysis)

Hi all,

I need to update complete historical data, I followed all steps from the below post
After this, most of the data came.

My client says, there are 32 customers' records as per VF05N (from 1.4.16 to 20.12.16), then why MCTA (from April.16 to Dec.16) does not show the same? It shows only for 20 customers.

I checked statistical group field in customer master and material master with reference to those billing documents which did not appear in MCTA record. For customers, it was already maintained, but for material, it was blank, so maintained it, again ran the programs (RMCVNEUA/RMCVNEUL/RMCVNEUF to RMCSISCP), still the same 12 customers data is missing in MCTA.

My client wants these 12 customers data to be updated in MCTA.
Any suggestions please?

    All the possible SIS/LIS issues have already been discussed on SCN. A lot. There is a transaction where you can see updates for the specific document and it'll show why an info structure was not updated. Please do some more research using information already available online. Google "how to work with sis structures", for example. Try to understand how SIS/LIS work. If you just blindly followed the instructions from the blog I guess you missed the "Update documents" checkbox, at minimum.
