Usage decision related tables

Hi,

I do a usage decision for a inspection lot of 10 qty in QA32. I enter UD code A( accept) and quantity as 4 and save.stock gets posted. Again in QA32 I enter UD code as A1 ( conditional accept) for the same inspection lot and post remaining qty 6 .

In what table can I get qty as 4 and 6 for a given inspection lot. Kindly help.

Hi,

In that functional module, I can get details of the last UD code which I have entered during Usage decisions.Previous UD codes are not there.Same is happening in table QAMB also.

Pls guide.

Have you maintained "documentation require" in QM view or have you got the long text of usage deision near UD code in QA11/12/13??

I have not maintained documents required in QM view. I am getting long text during UD.Also let me know where it is coming from.

OK.....Long text would not anyways gives you idea of what UD code chnaged to what....!!

What actually happens is when you maintain "Doc require " in QM view then you get a "change History " tab ( CntrL+ F12) in UD screen which actually gives you the history.

Otherwise its difficult to find the change document.

for this requirement u can use mseg table.

u must be having th ePurchase order numberfor thi lot, insert this lot number in mseg with mvt. type 321 and f8

u will get all list of all postings done with there qty
