Does not going Email throuth Alert Managment

hello Experts,

I have setup the the SBO Mailer in SAP 8.81 PL 06

When I Send the Email from Purchase Order then then Mail gone to User

But i have Creating Query set in Alert Managment and Assign the User for Email and Internal

I have alreday Enter the Email address in Perticualr User

But System not sending the Auto mail to User

The alert email is something not easily working. What frequency have you set? Can the user receive Internal message?

we wil set the time in every 5 minutes,

We received the internal message every 5 minutes

As I mentioned in my previous email, to make the email work for alert is not easy. There are so many possibilities that the process went wrong. You are the best person to find it. Check all available error logs to find the clue.

I have Check with System, System give the Error Message like this

The description for Event ID 62 from source SBOMail cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

MessageEntity::MarkOneRecordError::Query SQL AOB1 failed [-2028]

The specified resource type cannot be found in the image file
