The same Tab exists in IW32 ->Component Tab ..it is for Non stock component selection and purchase of Non stock components .., it is used for OCI and SRM Interface ..
I think using this Interface the PRs generated from MOs can be transferred to SRM , purchase order also can be created in SRM - later transferred to SAP R3 , Later we can do GR in SRM system ..or in R3 as per the settings,
You will have do some settings in PM and SRM also i think ./
In PM -: SPRO ->PM->Maintenance and Service Orders ..-->Inteface for procurement using External Catalogus : define catalogues, assign those to combination of Order type ->plant .. some more settings also ther ..You can go thru the links ..before just direclty starting ..bst of luck
