We can not obtain the data which you have deleted from your database.In delivery deletion activity, actualy you are deleting the database entry. you can find out log for delivery deletion through T-Code - VL22.

Do you mean O/B Deiivery by OBD?
If so, then it is not possible to change it.
Can you let us know whether you did this in a PRDN client or any other client?
