Portal Branding-Image lost after applying Stack 11

Hello,

we applied Stack 11 to our EP 6.0 based on WAS 6.40 and the arduously created branding-image is lost. In the path

...\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\com.sap.security.core.admin\servlet_jsp\logon\root\layout all the files have changed and our files are lost. Is there a more reliable and sustainable way of changing the branding-image and branding-text as just replacing the files in some subdirectories.
