How to add functions from Index onto personalized area of navigation bar and vice versa

Hello

Go to transaction CRMC_UI_NBLINKS and choose "define Work Center Links". Look for Group ID IC_INDEX.

When you click on "Assign Links", you can see all the links that the index has.

On the other hand, you can use all these Logical Links for your own navigation bar profile.

My question is how can an agent( User) in the IC add functions from the index list onto his personalized area of the navigation bar
