UWL Work Item Text

Hi there,

I've set up the UWL in the portal and it's retrieving work items from an SAP Business Workflow engine just about fine.

The thing is that I would like to format the text of work items to suit a better experience.

Should this be done on the back-end (ABAP) or on the front-end (Java)? Could any one shed some more light on this?
