Hi,

Go to Item Category Definition (T-Code : VOV7) and assign B to the Pricing field. This particular item category will now be treated as a free goods item.

Coming to your other question: Free goods should be dispatched only with the main item.

I don't think system has any such restriction for exclusive free goods. In case you have inclusive free goods, you can have the free goods without item generation in that case you will have the material dispatched with the main item.

Thanks n Regards,

In my case the automatic procedure for free goods is not that I need, because the assignment of free goods is not linked to rules but manually insert.

THe problem to leave free to create deliveries with only free goods is the risk to create zero amount invoices which is illegal in Italy and Spain at example. So it reamins to create some copy condition rule?

Dear Davide,

Insert NRAB condition type in your pricing procedure, it will not generate the second line item (Free good item) but it will give you the discount according to scales.

Check and revert

Hi Ram

I'm not sure to have understood; what is the effect of discount NRAB? In my situation the user will create first the normal position and after the free of charge item with a number of pieces which is not possible to determine with rules because too much variable.

Thanks

Interesting procedure but I think in my case this solution is more complex than the need, which is only block the possibility to create deliveries with only free goods. I should activate the free goods customizing and modify pricing schema on running companies. Thanks anyway.
