NAKISA not displaying the name in full and sometimes displaying partially

Hi,

We are using NAKISA Orgchart 2.0. We are experiencing problems on the display of position holder names.

In a user group, a particular user can see the postion holder names and the same is not getting displayed for another user.

Could you please help us to resolve this issue?
