Attachment upload error : operation is not allowed (CRM_P_ORD)

Hello Guys,

When am trying to upload any type of document from the attachement assignment block am getting the following error:

operation is not allowed (CRM_P_ORD) message no. SKWF_SDOKERRS002

Am facing this error for all transaction types.

Please suggest.
