Flexible Report needed from CRT Table

Dear experts,

My client is asking a report from CRT Table, The requirement is they need reporter like Wage type reporter (PC00_M99_CWRT), But they would like to have a flexibility to get the reports quarterly report, monthly report, yearly report based on pernrs.

Please guide me how to do it if I take the Input screen as Wage Type reporter?

What are the fields we shall be inserted in the wage type reporter instead of selection period?

How will I get it Technical Names form CRT table to provide them to ABAPers?

Our Client is very specific to get Flexible reports from CRT Table.

Please advise me.
