Hi All
In a scenario where a AEX is used (running in a DMZ), in conjunction with a standard SAP NetWeaver PI dual-stack installation....
Is it possible to:
1) Run the Seeburger AS2 adapter on the the AEX in a DMZ
2) Make use of the 'Integration Process' functionality in the ABAP stack in the standard dual-stack installation (not in the DMZ), and yet still trasmit the resulting messages from the IP via the Seeburger AS2 adapter on the AEX.
Thanks.
1. It is possible, but make sure to have the FTP/SFTP protocol connection available on DMZ configuration.
2. Not clear. The DMZ should exactly be used for allowing a part of your network to be visible fomr outside of your network. When you create an Integration Process, you can use the SEEBURGER communication channel in any of the steps, and in the communication channel configuration (Integration Directory), select this channel to run over the De-central adapter engine instead of the central dual-stack one.
