Unable to do DP91 due to zero billing quatity

Hi All,

I have confirmed activity for 430 hours using transaction CJ20n. Now when I try to do RRB request using DP91, system is showing zero billed quantity. It mean confirmed hours in CJ20n has not transfered to DP91.

I fresher to PS, Please guide me how to rectify this..
