I have made a survey in SAP CRM 5.2 and attached it to an activity. In the backend I can tell 2000 surveys have been posted through these activities. I'd like to see the results of my survey, but when I click on the Evaluate button in crm_survey_suite, I get the following message: No data is available for evaluation. Which is odd, because it actually says there are 2000 surveys:
There are 2000 questionnaires to be evaluated
the analysis may take some time
you can import the data by block
you want to import data by block of 1000 or all
Is there some post-processing of surveys involved that I do not know about?
