replicate Service Request from SAP CRM to SAP ECC

Hi,

We are doing servie in SAP ECC, but the Service request is created in SAP CRM CIC and passed to the service team in SAP ECC.

how to replicate the Service request to ECC and how to get the Service confirmation from ECC to CRM.

Hi Selvam

as fas as I understand you can will create a confirmation from a service request in CRM nd then the confirmation will be replicated to the ECC and sap provides standard replication procedure to replicatie service confirmation to ECC.

SAP CRM SRVR has a standard copy control setting for service confirmations. from sap crm 7.0 ehp 1 you have a new time recording feature in service request which can be automatically copied to confirmation.

For the data replication between CRM and ECC please consider the
