RPA Assignment/Shifts!

Hello Experts,

I have urgent go-live issues regarding Resource Planning in CRM. I am working on the following component: WFMCORE 200/0023 and BBCRM 713/0006

And I did the required configuration as shown below:

Define time horizon -1 day

Defined Availability template:

Create Default Service profile:

Defined date types (SRV_APPT_BEG, SRV_APPT_END, SRV_CUST_BEG, SRV_CUST_END, SRV_RFIRST, AND srv_ready)

finally I maintained the service arrangement for this employee:

I can not assign the availability template which configured.

My questions:

1. When I did assignment for service order against resource: his shifts not updated as the configured as system allowing me to assign [As per shifts]

2. How can I rectify the date? Which is picked automatically start/end 01.01.1970

3. After assignment I assigned start date: 11am and NOT updating into service order. Your help is too much appreciated. Thanks!
