Hello,
I built a new NW 7.3 box and added Enterprise Portal by downloading the required Software Component Archives and installing it using JSPM.
After the components were deployed in JSPM i got this message " The following usage types have been activated: sap.com/EP , sap.com/PI-AEX. They may need additional configuration, so you are strongly advised to check the Configuration section in Installation Master Guide.
Although under "Deployed Components" in JSPM, I see EP as a component but when i try to access portal using "http://hostname:50000/irj/portal" I get this error message:
Portal runtime error
An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.
Exception ID 08:56_10/10/11_0018_4480450
See log file for details about this exception
Please help!
Thanks.
The defaultTrace_00.7.trc is attached and looks like the service is not starting up , but I can't interpret what the problem is .
Please help!
