Capacity Planning

Dear Expert,

In my scenario,i have shot blasting machine.i want to calculate capacity and operating time for the m/c.My problem is,the machine have the cycle time of 15min for single piece and also the same cycle time for 100 pieces.So please let me know how i define operating time for routing and how i calculate the available capacity for the same.In capacity category what data should required to maintain.
