KM-document property, required field

Hi experts,

When I upload new document into KM, the only thing necessary is to choose file for upload.

Is it possible to make some KM-document property required. As a result, if user didn't fill this field when he is trying to upload file he won't be able to upload file.

Its very simple process

Follow this [Wiki|http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/KMC/DefenitionsoftheKMMetadata+Properties] page to create a custom property and make the property mandatory.
