Hello All,
Our client has InHouse technical team and have bunch of SAP products.
Now, we are planning to get our hands on SAP C4C and we are planning to train our Tech Team for this.
question is, does technical consultant need to know Java or Javascript? or what exactly are the prerequisites for a technical consultant to get into to "SAP cloud Application Studio".
we are still in initial phase and we just want to have an idea if our tech team can be trained or not.
We tried searching forum, but could not get straight answer. apologies if it is redundant question.
Thanks,
Jhon.
Thanks Fred and Thanks Horst.
am i going in right direction? For C4C implementation we need "Application Studio" technical capabilities or UI5 Capabilities.
its all confusing. Just curious what should be the right approach.
Thanks.

Hi Jhonny,
You don't need to know Java or Javascript. (Knowing basic Java (J2SE) will be really helpful though.)
Here are some old archives related to the programming languages used in SDK.
Part 1: Programming Languages of SAP Business ByDesign Studio
Part 2: Programming Languages of SAP Business ByDesign Studio
And also check this free great course on OpenSAP.
Application Development for SAP Business ByDesign
Best Regards,
Fred
