SAP Convergent Charging forum?

Hello,

As part of SAP Convergent Charging product team, I see people starting to ask for a "SAP Convergent Charging" category within the SDN Forums.

Could that be possible?

The category would take its place in the SAP Solution category along with SAP ERP and SAP CRM.

I am sorry it took some time, we are finally able to provide you with a home for SAP Convergent Charging in the SCN index.

You will find information, be able to post and get answers from the community in the new SCN space for SAP BRIM (Billing and Innovation Revenue Management).

Yes!

BRIM includes Sales and Order Management, Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute, Convergent Pricing Simulation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Customer Financial Management, Customer Usage Analytics and Flexible Solution Billing.

SAP for Telecommunications is indeed a good place, however SAP CC's positioning is larger than just the Telco industry.

This is why we have included SAP CC within the BRIM space.

By larger you mean SAP CC is able to provide charging solutions for more, not just Telco industry...
