PR Release tracking as per date of release code

Dear All,

We have 4 code release strategy for PR approval.

We wanted to understand the date & time on which concerned person has approved PR as per release code in the Release strategy.

How to find out the same.

Hi,

You can track time & date for release changes ,ME53N > Header > changes,this will give you all LOGS related to release change.

Or refer table-CDPOS from SE16 ,provide PO number and get the relase change data.

MY requirement is different ,

in me5a is not mention release code but i want to know base on release code but can't check single pr ,

I know there is no std report for my requirement but i want to know the table name for release pr

I try this table but i did't get

Dear Shiv,

Directly there has no report in sap to check the release date & time.

You can check the Table --- EREV (Version in Purchasing ). enter the document number and check the details of Release stratery activities.

Base on release code can i get a report .

My Requirement is

1.PR-no ,

2. Date of creation of PR

3.quantity

4.release date

5.PO-no

6.PO -qty

7. Release code , 1,2,3,4 ( i have 4 approval in PR , who has approve the pr that should be come in this report )

Please help me out .

EBAN -- PO & PR

EREV - PO Doucment

EKKO Purchase document

EKPO Purchase document item level
