TREX search regular indexing not picking up changes

Hi all,

I am using the ESH_IX_PROCESS_CHANGE_POINTERS program to do regular indexing of search object connectors. Delay set up is 300 seconds and rescheduled automatically daily. It is performed for all objects. However, changes which I did like creating new talent groups are not picked up by the indexing. This is also true even after waiting for 300 seconds.

Any ideas on why this is happening. I have done the same TREX set up for the development system and is working fine.
