BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE Always Asking Attributes

Hello Experts,

Perhaps this is a very basic problem related to attributes, so my id as a OP_PURCHASER can't create shopping cart and returned error:

The attributes of the user are inconsistent or not defined. See transaction PPOMA_BBP.

I've checked using BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE and these are some of the messages:

Application "Shopping Cart": Define the attribute SYS

Application "Shopping Cart": Define the attribute PRCAT

Application "Shopping Cart": Define the attribute WRK

Application "Sourcing": Define the attribute CUR

Application 'Sourcing': Assign purchaser PURCHSLSBC01 to a purchasing group

Application 'Sourcing': Assign purchaser PURCHSLSBC01 to a purchasing organization

The strange part is I've maintained the attribute at the root level and inherited to the purchaser and BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE keep asking me to complete those attributes. Why?

Then I go to BBP_ATTR_CHECK, checking my user id and everything's OK (green result)

Is there something missing with my attributes? Fyi, I can create SC and PO with MANAGER role

Thank you for all the reply, appreciate it

    Hello,

    It is possible that an inconsistency has been created in your user. Business partner relationship is a bit complex in SRM, because many tables are linked.

    You can try to perform the following steps:

    - Go to PPOMA_BBP and select user in question;

    - Drag and drop such user to another organization unit and save it;

    - Select the same user and drag and drop to the original organization unit and save it.

    - Try to create a document with this user.

    Sometimes, moving user among organizations will update the BP relationships.

    Regards,

    Ricardo

      Thanks Ricardo for the reply, but I still got the same error

      Somehow I used that too if a user-organization unit link is error or just delete it and create the new one.

      Also, I've created new user with the same role and still error.

      The problem solved when I assign this user more EBP roles like MANAGER, EMPLOYEE etc but of course this is inappropriate.

      Regards,

      Ted
