ICBOOKING does not calculate due to package size

Hi all

When running ICBOOKING, the results are calculated correctly but are then immediately reversed resulting in no calculation.

One of our ABAP guys noticed that the program uses a default value of 100 for the package size. If the value is temporarily increased to say 5000, the result is correctly calculated.

The program also checks for a default value set in table uja_svr_default against field ICPKG_SIZE. Does anybody know if there is a BPC front end to maintaining this value?

Hi Byron,

The only interface that I know of which exists on top of this table is the UJA3_WRITE_SYS_USERS program which populates the default parameters ADMIN, SYSADMIN and USER. This is detailed in the installation guide.

That is very interesting that it is referencing a data package size in this table. I would try to manually insert that field into this table and see if that does the trick for you.
