Page Builder

I going through a custom development session that I got at the Las Vegas TechEd event.

One step involves creating the Page Builder application itself from within the Role Mainenance transaction.

Specifically, the instructions state that one should add a Page Builder app by clicking insert node on the

menu tab.

When I do this, I am able only to add a standard Web Dynpro application, not an application of type

Page Builder. I am running Netweaver 7.02.

Why don't I see an option to create an application of type Page Builder?
