Conditional font formatting is set to print in color (RED) under certain conditions. On the print preview, the colored fonts show up correctly in RED. But when the report is sent to the color printer, it prints in black and white. Anyone have an idea of how to correct this printing issue?
My yellow cartridge was out on the printer. That caused everything to be printed in b & w.
Thanks!

Must be a printer issue. Are you sure preferences on printer have not been set to print colour in B&W.
I have used conditional font colours and never had this problem, it is unlikely to be a Crystal Issue.
