Delete plan Data in KP06

Hi Experts,

We have uplaoded wrong values in KP06, and to correct them again re-uplaoded one more file.

But system is not overwriting the values but its adding the values to the old figures.

Now we have to delete the data for period 9, 2011 only. please advise how can we do this.

Hi,

you can try T-code KP90 / KP91 but i guess they do not allow period-wise deletion. Try KP97 and copy an empty planversion to yours for the period you want to delete (set "reset and overwrite" in the processing options for existing plan data).

LSMW always overwrites the values and never adds.. I dont know which upload mechanim you are using...

If you wanna nullify Period 9 values and because system is adding up as you say, upload -ve values to make Period 9 values as zero
