Restriction of Activiate PR in CN22

Hi,

I have created one Network through CN21 and assigned user status also. My user status is BURQ - Budget Approval Request. I have restricted business transactions like Material purchase requisition & PO for this status. My system status of the network is also created.

Some user has activated PR by clicking Edit -> Function -> Activate PR / Reservation option available in change mode i.e through CN22. My request is how to control this through user role authorization or any other methods.

please use tcode SU22 and analyse the authorization objects available for CN22, and activate required objects.

After executing SU22, double click on the transaction (left side) it will display all related objects, hope you will find something here..

Hi

You can restrict the users not activating the PR when user status BURQ is active. Create single role which will have authorization objeects built in to enable activate such functionalities.

Add that single role to minimum users so that they can only activate such kind of functionalities. You can take help from Basis team to build the single role.
