Hi Guru:
The Email function for report does not work in our system.
We could get the popup, however after that there is not email recevied.
We already maintained the email address in the user information.
Any idea about how to check on this issue?
Is there any, any SPM related configuration will affect this or it is a basis/portal issue?

Hi Eric,
This is not SPM specific - it uses the same e-mail settings that exist for all other e-mailing functionality.
The user that you are using must also have a valid e-mail addressed assigned to it.
You can check this in t-code SU01.
Page 16 of the installation guide in SAP service marketplace contains a short section on verifying the mail settings, so ensure that all that is configured correctly.
