Hi,

You can use Texts for this purpose in XD01 sales area data extras> texts. Maintain your freight conditions for each customer.

ABAPER can fetch the text maintained here into the Quotation form.

Hope this helps.

Hi Everybody,

Freight terms- Prepay , Prepay & Ad, Collect, Third Party.. are using Pricing purpose on output forms for domestic customers , Incoterms for international & insurance level , Text can't use for that.

Finally which is resolved now. To achieve this functionality Used Price groups -KONDA filed and maintain these terms. and developed a new routine in delivery pricing procedure.

Thank you for all ,

Dear Malla readdy,

Incoterms will be maintained in customer master sales area data section inbilling view.

Here you maintain the Incoterms. If incoterms are not visible in your customer master, it might be in supress mode so make it optional in (OBD2).

Inco terms will be stored in KNVV - INC01

So co-ordinate with the technical consultant in order to fetch the data to out put form

Please revert if you have any further clarifications

Thanks&Regards
