My advice is to discuss with your customer. You know, the screen sizes may be quite different from each other depending on system setting and OS/Display etc. It may not be good to set it fixed.

From your first posting, I can see the problem. If you want to fixed screen size, then the maximum screen size will be your fixed set. It cannot be co-exists with adaptable screen.
