Hi Gurus,

After Posting GRN, user is able to change the exchange rate in PO, is there any way to mask that field once the GRN has been done?

Thanks in advance,

Sarfraz Sharif.

Hi,

Yes it can be done very easily using screen variant SHD0.Enter ME22n in Shd0 transaction code and a z name in transaction variant. Create and move on unless you find Exchange rate field. Set it invisible.

Save and assign and activate in SHD0.

Hi,

thanks for the immediate response,

until the first GRN is done it should be editable, once the GRN has been posted it should not allow to change the exchange rate at PO level.

Hi:

In standard there is no such configuration to do meet your requirement. You will have to sit with ABAPER and use some BADI or user exit to cater your need.Check out this BADI MB_MIGO_BADI.
