Multilevel Categorization in CRM 7.0

Dear Alll

I am facing issues with Multiplevel categorization

- After doing all config and creating my own subject profile in SPRO- I am having issues chossing my subject profile when I create the categorization schema. As soon as I chosse any application area - it finds ACT0001 subject profiles and then I am unable to choose any subject profile. Kindly let me know how to solve this.

- Also do I need to attach the categorization profile in a CRM WEBClient role also (not IC role) to activate it if I am using a IT Service requester role
