Outlook Integration Add on not starting 8.81 with Outlook 2010

Hi Forum,

I had this working before on XP machine and perhaps on 2008 server. I now currently have windows 7 demo laptop.

The Outlook Integration add on is not starting. It comes back and says can not start add-on.

I retried uninstall and reinstall of both SAP B1 add on and outlook itself.

Did not help.

Any one experienced such a problem before?

Should work as 8.81 came out after 2010. Which patch are you using as prior to PL4 8.81 was in ramp-up and some functions do not work.

I actually am using the latest patch 8.

I am reinstalling clean db, sap 8.81, crystal etc. Need to have my demo matchine up to date!
