needed to create separate login credentials while accessing from mobile?

Hi All

We are implementing BO Mobile 3.1 SP3 for BlackBerry devices.We have implemented it and also setup OTA client application delivery and downloaded client application into our mobile and lauched the application by configuring with needed settings.But while trying to login from mobile ,its throwing the error as " Invalid credentials".I am using the same credentials which i used for accessing Enterprise server and CMS also.Basis team has no idea of where to create new credentials for mobile access.

Could any one suggests whether we need to create separate credentials for accessing from mobile or where the problem lies in??

you do not need separate credentials. could the problem be with connection ? between mobile devices and the BOE servers/Mobile servers ?

I think there is no prolem with the connectivity , if at all there is such problem it would not connect to the server and throw Invalid credentials message.But also not sure about this, as we are implementing it for the first time.Could you suggest me the furthur course of actions ?

you can try replicating problem with BB emulation software running inside your network, or on the server itself , this will show if this is a connectivity issue of some kind

you can also open a support incident so log files and your entire configuration can be properly reviewed.

hi Denis

The mobile client application the basis team has deployed is in the format JAD file.But when i tried to move this into the simulator in the desktop, its nt accepting JAD file.
