Off-cycle payroll run issue

Dear Experts,

I am facing an issue with off-cycle payrll that As per my client requirement, My client will run off-cycle payroll twice in a month(no fixed dates). When off-cycle payroll is run it asks payment date, based on that date only it will run off-cycle for that day only but here as per my client the payment dates will be differ but the movement off-cycle is run then it has to pick all IT0267 records till today(i.e till the time of running).

Ex: one employee payment date is 1st ,and another is 2nd and another is 3rd here when i run off-cycle on third with the payment date as 3rd then it has to pick all the employees till this date into this off-cycle(i.e employees IT0267 with different payment dates like 1,2,3 then when i run off-cycle it has to pick all the employees into off-cycle till that day)

Hi,

If you are maintaining IT 0267 for all employees with different dates how can you run Offcycle,instead maintain it in IT 0014/0015 for regular Run.

Offcycle can only pick with date as we have to mention date after A=Offcycle in CALC.

You can suggest client that 2 off cycles can be on 10th & 29 th of every month so that your regular payroll will fall on 30th which should be OK with client,by this way you can assure payment made after every 10 days to employees.

Dear Devendra,

Configure the Semi-Monthly payroll period parameters.

Now u have to change the Payroll Schema, Either Configure IT0267 and comment all other Standard schema, or configure a customer IT9___ and call that IT in schema.

U need extensive testing and work in it, but ultimately it will help u to resolve the issue.

hi,

Keep a cut off date for 2 offcycle payroll in a month

All the IT0267 record should have the either of the date for Offcycle processing

The client should ensure the 2 dates are adhered for offcycle processing.

After 20th it would be advisible to accomodate in the Actual Payroll processing

I hope you can convince the client for the adherence

Hi Devendra,

I dont think this is possible. Offcycle payment happens on the combination of Date , Reason etc. Off cycle payroll posting also happens in the same manner.
