Issue on downloading CJi3 data via spreasheet

Hi Gurus

I ran CJI3 for a project and once i got the output. I clicked the spreadsheet button in the screen. But it displays an error message.

"Filter Criteria, Sorting , Totals and Subtotals are not taken into account",

this errors seems to be warning message and it allows me to download.

But when my colleague is tying to download, its open directly and goes to save using XLSX format. The format is correct. The same i am unable to open.

Do any one us have any idea, why this is appearing? how this can be resolved

Hi,

Please check the layout your are using with your ID and layout used by yorr colleague. Also may it is authorization issue check SU53 and compare the authorizations with youe colleague.

All are same, no authorization issue. I have choosen a different layout also, still i had the same problem.

any other update ????

Hi,

Sometimes it can happen due to different settings (security / macros) due to the excel version which you are using. Try some other similar reports (CJ74 / CN43N etc) and see whether you are facing the same issue there as well or is it just this report.
