documents not show in open items j1inchln

Hi

We an issue some open items not shown while going thorough tcode j1inchln. Here, the user might forgot the business place and receipt type. Why its showing, what would be the reason.

Please check and ensure the below IMG steps :

DEFINE BUSINESS PLACES AND SECTION CODES

The Business Places and Section Codes are mandatory.

IMG menu: Financial Accounting (New) > Financial Accounting Global Settings (New) > Withholding Tax > Extended Withholding Tax

> Basic Settings > India > Define Business Places

Select "New Entries" and enter your Company's Business Place and Name.

DEFINING SECTION CODES

IMG menu: Financial Accounting (New) > Financial Accounting Global Settings (New) > Withholding Tax > Extended Withholding Tax

> Basic Settings > India > Define Section Codes

Enter the required Section Code with your Company's Business Place

Update the address details for each section code, to get the address to print on TDS Certificate. Click on address tab to enter the

address of your Company.

The address details are to be updated for each Business Place / Section Code.

Dear sudharshan,

we have to maintain business place(where taxs are paying your jurisdiction code), and Recipient Types (means its company or individual....) compulsarly we have to filled these two fields.
