Account Determination ID Not updating in ISU Contract

Hi,

Good day, we are trying to replicate ISU contract from CRM to ISU and configured relevant MDT for the same.

After submission of the contract from CRM, contract replication ending up with error “value Account Determination ID” in ISU even though relevant configurations are maintained in both CRM & ISU

Please find attached screen shots for the same.

Please request to suggest whether we are passing the right value in MDT or should we change or do we missing anything which needs to be done

Hi Ravi,

To start with, you need to check in the MDT how the AD ID is getting populated? Is it getting fetched from contract account;or there is some business logic to retrieve the AD ID, which is failing.

If it is being fetched from the Contract account, then check at the contract account level, whether the AD ID is populated or not in the first place.

Hi Ravi,

From your screen-shot it will be difficult to find the real root cause of the issue. I would like to check your MDT first for the following fields:

1. Contract level account determination ID field
2. Contract Account level account determination ID field

In both cases check whether it is a Virtual Parameter (then check the custom logic) or if its constant (check the permissibly in config) or if its parameter (then check your input from CRM side). You can also check in debug mode for the relevant node in MDT.
