Workflow For PO Creation

Hi,

I have configured the release strategy and assigned the agents accordingly in release strategy.

but when i create PO, Standard workflow WS20000275 for PO create is not triggered for event RELEASESTEPCREATED.

when i check the event trace this event is not displayed for BUS2012.

Hi,

Activate your event RELEASESTEPCREATED for BUS2012 using transaction SWETYPV...

That could be configuratation problem in standard........

but if it takes time to resolved, than you can go with custom WF with little bit of enhancement in standard .

or you can check for the "change document" to trigger the event.

Hi,

The configuration is not done properly if the event is not triggering (I assume that the event trace is on). Please go through it once more and perhaps provide more information how you configured it. It is quite difficult to guess what might be the problem.

Are you able to see the configured release codes, etc in the PO document itself? If not, that might be your first task to find out why.

Hi ,

Release strategy has been configured correctly in SPRO, release strategy & release codes are being updated correctly in PO document.

I have switched on the trace as well.

when i create PO and check the event trace there is no event with BUS2012, instead i found a entry as below,

FREBUS2012 ->Event created-> Handler/Action: message says No receiver entered.
