OOQA is for create/modify and maintain Qualification Catalog.

I am looking for the table name, where I can see all the qualification groups, qualifications etc., all approx 1000 entries.

As the second reply states: they are in HRP1000. Use SE16 and limit selection by OTYPE to QK or Q.

Table V_T77QC_VIEW via Sm30 or SE16 shows empty, no entries.

If I go to table HRP1000 with selection of OTYPE Q show all the entries via SE16 but via SM30, error is table incomplete or not defined.

My issue is resolved but wondering, what could be the reason?

Why I get an error when trying to access table via SM30 vs SE16?

e.g. maintain/display table via SM30 HRP1000 error "Maintenace dialog for HRP1000 is incomplete or not defined" and the same table, I can access fine via SE16.

View of Table HRP1000 is not defined.

views are logically a combination of one or more tables. the view is not physically stored ,it is being derived from one or more tables. view is basically a join of tables.

If you need info from one table....Use a Standard Table.

Can you please explain in the context of my question? please

HRP1000 is a table and View is not defined by SAP and that is the reason error message is showing at your screen.

A view must contain one or more table but it is not vice-versa.

How can I resolve this issue? Do I need ABAPer's or security's help? I understand these are standard tables, what do you mean by I should use a standard table?

SM30 is used to view a View, which is a stored query accessible as a virtual table composed of the result set of a query (which in SAP is one or more SAP tables).

SE16 (and SE16N) are used to view a Table, such as HRP1000.

You cannot view a Table in SM30, although you can view a View in SE16 (or SE16N).

I understand that we can maintain a table via SM30 right?

if so, I get the same error, even if I choose "maintain" option via SM30 for HRP1000

Tables can only be maintained via transaction and can't be maintained directly.

I have to agree with Hillary, you really should be using a standard transaction or dialog view to see these objects.

After a lot of discussion, here is what I think:

It is not clear why you are looking for ALL of the Q and QK objects without using either the maintenance or view dialogs. The table HRP1000 is the table which stores all of the "OM" objects. If you see something that asks for a plan version and object type, then the table that stores this data is HRP1000.

Additionally, if you want to make any sense of relationship between any 1 Q and its QK, then you will also need to look at HRP1001. This is the table that stores the "relationships" in OM.

It is probably best to use the standard view and maintenance transactions to see the data in any usable for.

If this is inadequate and you understand evaluation paths, you can see if usin the rep or RHSRTU00 might be helpful.

Hi,

Check with you ABAP team memebr on the SM30 error, as for incomplete list you will have to check the corresponding config has been maintained properly.
