Hello Everybody,

I am looking for a solution of running BO reporting that is caused the following error :

Database error: [Data Federator Driver] Connection to server lost: Reason: recv() failed: I/O error during read: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset. (IES10901)(Error: INF)

I'm using SAP BusinessObject 4.0 currently. Every time this error occurs I might check my 'APS.DataAccess' is running or not. If it is stopping just make it running again the error would be solved.

But, in this period after I run the report, 'APS.DataAccess' would changing to the status of "stopping" automatically then the errors that I mentioned is occurred.

Services of my 'APS.DataAccess' server are as below:

  • Adaptive Connectivity Service
  • Data Federation Service
  • TracLog Service

Is there any idea to fix the bug?

Best Regards,

Smith

Hello Paul,

I'm having the same problem as you. Did you solve it? If yes, how?

Thanks!
