Hi Experts,
I have eight values defined for the FOA in T522 table.
When i see the same for say company code DE, I can see only six values. Can you let me know, based on what is the value selection decided for this.
I looked in the table P0002 and found that ANREX and ANDRE are the responsible field.
Is there a feature for country specific check?
Regards, Swapnil
Check if Gender is defined for all entries in T512G. If the gender is mising in list then it will not show in list while maintaining IT0002.

Hi Praveen,
Thanks for your reply.
How can I make the other two entries available in IT0002, I do no have the gender maintained for them. Is there any way, or I have to create the entry.
Because for say 'Professor' I can have any gender, male female or unknown.
let me know the solution asap.
Thanks & Regards, Swapnil Mishra
Based on the Country code/Language, values from table T522G are selected and converted to text via T522T. The list you see in T522G is based on your logon language, so if you need to maintain for a different one go to the Menu Bar and select System > User Profile > Own Data > Defaults tab and select the appropriate language.

hi simon,
thanks for your reply.
but i m concerned about the FORM of ADDRESS KEY (Field ANREX) in IT0002. The drop down is based on T522G, but as praveen said if dont maintain gender key the value will not come in search help.
I need the reason why and what will be the soltuon for that. Check my example in above reply.

I'm not sure the gender is relevant; that is only used for validation e.g. you can't have a Male who is a Mrs. A Professor is not gender specific, so no entry is required.
As I mentioned above, the list you see when configuring in T522G is based on your logon language. Log out of SAP, and when you log back in enter DE in the language. Then go to SM30 > T522G and you will be able to maintain the values for Germany.

Simon
