CR for VS2010: Error exporting report to pdf

Hello.

With certain reports, exception is thrown when exporting report to pdf. Exception details are in bottom of this message. Report prints fine, so report and data itself should be fine.

How can I fix this issue? Crystal Reports runtime version is 13.0.2000.0.

Thanks

Mikko

    Hello,

    Have you tried giving full permission to Temp folder?

    Do let us know if you are using a web or windows application.

    Thank you.

    • I found what caused the problem. In code setting pictures height and width to 0 caused the export to fail.

                  ReportPicture = CType(oRpt.ReportDefinition.ReportObjects("picPKU"), CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.PictureObject)
                 ReportPicture.Height = 0
                 ReportPicture.Width = 0

      Thanks

      Mikko
